Shipping

All orders will be shipped out from Scarborough, Ontario.

Map shown above is only a reference guide. Actual delivery times will vary based on the courier. Please note rural and remote areas may take longer for your order to arrive. We use expedited and express parcel services from Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and FedEx.

Orders successfully placed will be processed within 1-5 business days and shipped out the following business day.

Tracking information will be sent via email once available. Please allow up to 24 hours for system to update shipping progress. You may also track your order here.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that occur during transit. If such events occur, we will direct you to the courier's support team and you may file a claim.

We offer free shipping to any orders $100 or more. Any orders under $100 will have a flat shipping rate of $15.

We are currently only accepting orders within Canada. Subscribe to our email list to be notified when International Shipping becomes available.
